Business Development Representative

Role Overview

Sitestream is seeking a Business Development Representative to help bring proven traffic safety programs to more US cities. The role involves researching decision-makers, building their profiles, and reaching out with tailored messages. The successful candidate will help shape campaigns, keep HubSpot accurate, and support deals through to close.

What You Will Do

Key responsibilities include researching and outreach, lead follow-up and qualification, CRM and deal support, marketing and team collaboration. The role requires strong research skills, clear writing and speaking, and experience with HubSpot or a similar CRM.

Why It Might Be a Fit

The ideal candidate will have 1-3 years of experience in business development, sales development, or inside sales, with a track record of outbound prospecting and experience with qualifying leads. They will be organized, self-motivated, and able to manage many cities and follow-ups at once.

Requirements

• 1-3 years in business development, sales development, or inside sales
• A track record of outbound prospecting by email, phone, and LinkedIn
• Strong research skills: you can quickly map an organization and find the local angle that makes outreach relevant
• Clear, confident writing and speaking, including with senior public officials like police chiefs and mayors
• Experience with HubSpot or a similar CRM, and the discipline to keep it accurate
• Familiarity with qualifying leads (e.g., BANT or MEDDIC) and handing them to sales
• Organized and self-motivated, able to manage many cities and follow-ups at once
• Resilient, curious, and coachable, with a real interest in road safety
