Role Overview

As a Sales Manager for Existing Customers, you’ll develop customer relationships, conduct regular conversations, and establish Policen Direkt as the first point of contact for insurance-related questions.

You’ll conduct activation and existing customer conversations, schedule consultation meetings, advise customers on insurance matters, and develop new sales opportunities.

Requirements

• completed commercial education in the insurance or broker sector
• required qualification under § 34d GewO
• experience in sales, customer advice, customer service, or telephone sales
