Role Overview
As one of our most senior analysts, you’ll bring deep technical skill and a real feel for how analytics shapes the business. You’ll make the team better, supporting everyone around you to do their best work.
What You Will Do
You’ll work on hands-on projects, partner with business teams, and help set standards for how we code, review, and share our work. You’ll also manage and coach two analysts, supporting them to grow and deliver work that matters.

Requirements
- Significant experience in data analysis (typically 5+ years)
- Hands-on experience using AI tools like Claude or ChatGPT in your work, and helping others use them well
- Experience coaching or mentoring other analysts, formally or informally
- Experience with SQL, GCP or another cloud data warehouse, and building tools others use every day
