Inside Sales Associate

Role Overview

As an Inside Sales Associate at POOLCORP, you will assist customers at the counter and over the phone by answering product questions, processing orders, recommending solutions, and ensuring a smooth sales and pickup experience. This fast-paced, customer-facing role supports showroom and basic warehouse operations at the Morton, IL location.

What You Will Do

Assist walk-in and phone customers with product questions, orders, and service needs. Accurately enter sales orders, generate invoices, process payments, and recommend products based on customer needs. Pull, stage, and distribute customer orders, restock showroom merchandise, and cross-train in receiving, shipping, and general warehouse duties.

Requirements

• Must be 18 years of age or older
• Excellent customer service attitude and comfortable interacting directly with customers for most of the day
• Strong computer skills, including the ability to use basic computer systems and MS Office
• Ability to safely move products weighing up to 100 lbs. using equipment such as a dolly
