Role Overview
The Sales Manager will be responsible for managing inbound leads, prospecting and selling the venue accounts. The successful candidate will be responsible for converting inquiries into sales, ensuring client satisfaction, uncovering new accounts, and contributing to the overall sales targets of the organization.

The Sales Manager will efficiently handle inbound sales inquiries, convert inbound leads into confirmed sales, identify potential clients, develop a pipeline of leads, and deliver compelling presentations and pitches.

Requirements
- At least 2 years of experience in sales, ideally within the hospitality, entertainment, or events industry.

- Strong persuasive and negotiation abilities.
- Self-motivated with a drive to achieve sales goals.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with clients.
- Highly organized with excellent time management skills.
- Proficiency in Triple Seat and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
