Role Overview
The Sales Manager will be responsible for managing inbound leads, prospecting, and selling venue accounts. They will convert inquiries into sales, ensure client satisfaction, uncover new accounts, and contribute to the overall sales targets of the organization.

The successful candidate will efficiently handle inbound sales inquiries, convert leads into confirmed sales, proactively identify potential clients, and develop a pipeline of leads that align with the company’s target market and sales objectives.

Requirements
- At least 2 years of experience in sales, ideally within the hospitality, entertainment, or events industry
- Demonstrated ability to meet sales targets and convert leads into sales
- Strong persuasive and negotiation abilities
- Self-motivated with a drive to achieve sales goals
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with clients
- Highly organized with excellent time management skills
- Proficiency in Triple Seat and Microsoft Office Suite
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
