Role Overview

As Revenue Operations Manager, you’ll own the systems, tooling, and enablement that Posh’s GTM teams run on every day. You’ll be the person who knows how the CRM is wired, why a lead routed where it did, which dashboards leadership trusts, and what a new rep needs in their first 30 days to ramp.

What You Will Do

Own the GTM systems stack, administer and architect the CRM and surrounding tools, keep the data decision-ready, run enablement, build reporting and dashboards, administer compensation and commissions, own quota and capacity models, and support planning cycles.

Why It Might Be a Fit

We’re looking for someone with 4–7 years in Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, or GTM Systems, including at least 2 years as the primary admin or architect of a CRM in a high-growth environment, with deep hands-on expertise in HubSpot and surrounding stack, and experience building and running GTM enablement.

Requirements

  • 4–7 years in Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, or GTM Systems
  • Deep hands-on expertise in HubSpot (objects, workflows, automation, integrations, permissions, reporting)
  • Experience building and running GTM enablement
  • Experience administering commissions and quotas
  • Comfort building quota, capacity, and territory models in spreadsheets
  • Strong data and reporting skills: SQL or equivalent, dashboard building, and the ability to turn messy CRM data into clear operating decisions
