Role Overview
As an Account Manager in the CRO division, the primary goal is to ensure the seamless execution of every growth idea presented to clients, meeting high-quality standards within specified timelines. The role involves creating internal tickets for various tasks, conducting quality checks, and sharing information with growth leads for feedback. Effective communication with clients is key, and the Account Manager takes responsibility for conveying the right message between internal teams and clients.
What You Will Do
The Account Manager will serve as the main point of contact for assigned clients, fostering strong relationships and understanding their business objectives. They will lead project planning, execution, and monitoring, ensuring projects are aligned with client goals and agency standards. The role also involves providing mentorship and guidance to junior account managers, communicating project status and updates to clients and internal teams, and staying up-to-date with industry trends and best practices.

Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communication, or a related field
- 1-3+ years of experience in account management within a marketing agency environment
- Strong knowledge of marketing strategies, digital marketing, and advertising concepts
- Proficiency in using project management and collaboration tools such as Clickup, Basecamp, and Asana
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, both written and verbal
- Leadership experience with the ability to mentor and guide junior team members
- Proficiency in agile methodologies, such as Scrum, and the ability to adapt to changing project requirements
- Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail
- Problem-solving skills with the ability to think critically and strategically
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously
- Strong client-facing skills, including the ability to build and maintain relationships
- English proficiency: B2 minimum
