We are looking for a commercially minded Marketing Manager who can translate strategy into high-performing campaigns, delivering measurable ROI while ensuring strong brand and messaging consistency. The role combines strategic direction with hands-on execution, with a strong emphasis on paid media performance, campaign optimisation, and creative leadership.

Requirements

  • Develop and execute integrated marketing strategies aligned with business objectives
  • Translate commercial goals into clear, performance-driven campaign plans
  • Define target audiences, channel mix, budgets, and KPIs for each campaign
  • Ensure consistent brand positioning and messaging across all touchpoints
  • Own and optimise paid media channels including Meta (Facebook, Instagram), TikTok, PPC (Google Ads), programmatic, and display
  • Manage and allocate budgets effectively to maximise ROI and performance efficiency
  • Continuously test, learn, and optimise campaigns based on performance data
  • Work with DSP platforms to manage campaign setup, targeting, and optimisation
  • Track, analyse, and report on campaign performance across all channels
  • Generate actionable insights to improve campaign effectiveness and RO
  • Build clear performance reports and dashboards for stakeholders
  • Use data-driven decision making to guide strategy and optimisation
  • Lead the development of campaign messaging, including ad copy, Stories, and calls-to-action (CTAs)
  • Provide clear creative direction to internal teams and external agencies
  • Ensure all creative aligns with brand guidelines and campaign objectives
  • Drive A/B testing of creative to optimise engagement and conversion
  • Oversee ATL marketing initiatives including out-of-home (OOH), events, sponsorships, and brand activations
  • Ensure offline campaigns are integrated with digital activity
  • Evaluate effectiveness of offline campaigns where possible
  • Collaborate with internal teams and senior stakeholders to align marketing activity with business goals
  • Present campaign performance, insights, and recommendations clearly
  • Manage relationships with external partners and agencies
  • Work closely with creative, content, and performance teams to deliver campaigns
  • Contribute to a hands-on, execution-focused culture
