Product Manager – Growth

Role Overview

Drive user acquisition, activation, retention, and monetization across a product used by millions of people worldwide. Work closely with engineering, design, marketing, and leadership to identify growth opportunities, launch experiments, and optimize the customer journey.

Requirements

• 4+ years of experience as a Product Manager, with a strong focus on growth or consumer products
• Experience driving measurable improvements across acquisition, activation, retention, or monetization
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to make product decisions based on data and experimentation
• Experience defining and evaluating A/B tests and product experiments
• Deep understanding of consumer product metrics, including activation, conversion, retention, engagement, LTV, and CAC
• Experience collaborating closely with engineering, design, marketing, and data teams
• Comfortable working in fast-paced startup environments with high ownership
• Experience using AI tools to improve product discovery, research, documentation, or decision-making
• Excellent communication skills and fluent English
