Role Overview
Supports the FMS PM, DPM, Business Financial Manager, and other organizational elements with financial and accounting support. Performs managerial/cost accounting, budgeting, funding execution, manpower management, workload, acquisition, document management, system support, and financial analyses.
What You Will Do
Provides FMS financial and/or accounting support, performs managerial/cost accounting, budgeting, funding execution, manpower management, workload, acquisition, document management, system support, and financial analyses.

A minimum of four years professional experience demonstrated in DoD FMS financial management, in-depth understanding of FMS Case development, execution, reconciliation and closure, and experience in Navy ERP, DSAMS, MISIL, and other DoN financial automated accounting & budgeting systems.
Requirements
- BA/BS degree
- Six (6) years’ additional work experience may be substituted for a Bachelor’s Degree
- Three (3) to Ten (10) years of experience performing duties described in the functional description
- A minimum of four years professional experience demonstrated in DoD FMS financial management
- In-depth understanding of FMS Case development, execution, reconciliation and closure
- Experience in Navy ERP, DSAMS, MISIL, and other DoN financial automated accounting & budgeting systems
- Knowledge of FMS financial policies and procedures
