Lead Salesforce Developer

Role Overview

We are looking for a highly experienced Lead Salesforce Developer with 10+ years of overall IT experience and strong hands-on expertise in Salesforce development, customization, integration, and implementation.

What You Will Do

Lead end-to-end Salesforce development, customization, and implementation initiatives, design scalable Salesforce architecture, develop reusable components, conduct code reviews, and guide and mentor Salesforce developers.

Requirements

• 10+ years of overall IT experience
• Strong expertise in Salesforce Platform, Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and Aura Components
• Advanced knowledge of Apex Classes, Triggers, Batch Apex, Queueable Apex, and Asynchronous Apex
• Strong experience with Salesforce Lightning Experience, Visualforce, SOQL, and SOSL
• Hands-on experience with Salesforce Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Experience Cloud
• Expertise in developing custom applications, workflows, validation rules, flows, and complex business logic
• Strong experience integrating Salesforce with external systems using REST APIs, SOAP APIs, Platform Events, and Middleware
• Knowledge of Salesforce security architecture, including profiles, permission sets, roles, sharing rules, and CRUD/FLS
• Experience with Salesforce data migration, deployment strategies, and environment management
• Strong understanding of Salesforce Governor Limits, debugging, performance optimization, and scalable application design
• Hands-on experience with Git, Salesforce CLI, VS Code, Jenkins, Copado, Gearset, or other CI/CD tools
• Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies and enterprise software development practices
• Salesforce Certifications – Strongly Preferred
