Role Overview

Lead Salesforce Administrator / Developer to support enterprise-scale CRM implementations and custom Salesforce solutions.

What You Will Do

Design, customize, and develop solutions on Salesforce Sales Cloud and Service Cloud, integrate Salesforce with third-party systems, and collaborate with cross-functional teams.

• 10+ years overall IT experience
• 7+ years in Salesforce Development
• Salesforce Platform Developer 1 (PD1)
• Salesforce Platform Developer 2 (PD2)
• Salesforce Administrator
• Apex triggers, classes, Visualforce, LWC
• Sales Cloud and Service Cloud
• Omni Channel configuration
• Java programming
• Third-party integrations and APIs
• Vlocity (Omni Studio) is a plus
• Hands-on with deployment, testing, and version control (Git, Copado, Jenkins)
