Role Overview
Seeking a hands-on Lead Growth Engineer to build and scale the company’s growth engineering function, combining software engineering, product creativity, and business thinking.
What You Will Do
Build and launch product-led growth features, develop referral programs, design and ship full-stack features, run product experiments, and collaborate with product, design, and marketing teams.

Requirements
- 1+ year of full-time professional experience in software engineering or a related technical role
- Proven experience shipping consumer-facing growth initiatives with measurable results
- Strong software engineering fundamentals and full-stack development capabilities
- Experience with product analytics and experimentation tools such as SQL, Amplitude, or Mixpanel
- Familiarity with AI systems and development tools such as Cursor or Claude Code
- Ability to work independently and take ownership of projects from idea to launch
- Bachelor’s degree required
- Current U.S. work authorization

- Base salary: $175,000–$235,000 annually, based on experience
