Role Overview
The Senior Sales Enablement Manager will define and scale how our sales teams sell, supporting Direct-to-Consumer, Physician Partnerships, and Enterprise teams. This person will turn product knowledge, company strategy, and proven sales practices into practical approaches that help reps communicate Prenuvo’s value and progress customers toward a decision.
What You Will Do
The ideal candidate will develop sales strategies and best practices for discovery, product positioning, value articulation, objection handling, follow-up, negotiation, and closing. They will analyze why sales are won, lost, or stalled and develop practical approaches to improve performance.

The ideal candidate is an experienced sales practitioner who brings a strong point of view on effective selling. They can identify where reps are getting stuck, develop strategies to address those gaps, and translate successful selling behaviours into repeatable training, coaching, content, and playbooks.
Requirements
- At least 8-12 years of total relevant experience, including at least 3 years of progressive, frontline sales experience
- A strong track record of sales performance and the ability to explain the strategies and behaviours that contributed to that success
- Experience selling across, or supporting, more than one sales audience or motion
- Experience developing effective approaches to discovery, positioning, objection handling, follow-up, negotiation, and closing
- Experience using sales enablement, learning, content management, call intelligence, or AI-powered tools to improve how sellers access knowledge and build skills
