Staff Product Operations Specialist

Role Overview

The Staff Product Operations Specialist will build the connective tissue between products and teams, helping Prenuvo turn product changes into successful organizational change. This role will own operational machinery behind launches and rollouts, including change-impact assessment, readiness, enablement, communications, adoption measurement, and continuous improvement.

The role will involve creating a scalable approach for preparing the organization for new products, conducting change-impact assessments, building rollout and adoption plans, translating product and technical changes into clear guidance, and monitoring rollout performance.

Requirements

• 8+ years of experience in Product Operations, Product Management, Program Management, Business Operations, Change Management, or a related field
• Experience building processes and programs from scratch in a fast-moving organization
• Demonstrated experience leading complex product launches or organizational rollouts
• Strong change-management instincts, including stakeholder analysis, communications, training, readiness, and adoption measurement
• Experience turning qualitative and quantitative feedback into actionable product recommendations
• Strong cross-functional leadership and the ability to influence without formal authority
• Excellent written communication and an ability to make complicated changes easy for others to understand
• Comfort moving between strategic problems and highly tactical execution
• Experience working with internal tools or workflows used by operational teams
• Healthcare or health-technology experience is preferred but not required
• Experience with AI-enabled products or complex technical products is a plus
• Experience in a high-growth or scale-up environment is strongly preferred
