Head of Revenue Operations & Systems

Role Overview

The Head of Revenue Operations & Systems will lead a small team to design, scale, and future-proof the systems and automation that power Preply’s revenue engine. This is a hybrid role that blends hands-on system expertise with strategic ownership.

What You Will Do

The successful candidate will own the design, optimization, and health of Preply’s GTM system landscape, partner with cross-functional teams, and drive adoption of new GTM tools. They will also implement AI-assisted and no-code automation to streamline pipeline operations and reduce manual effort.

Requirements

• 8+ years of experience in Revenue Operations, GTM Systems, or Sales/Marketing Ops in a fast-scaling B2B SaaS environment
• Deep technical expertise in Salesforce (architecture, admin, and automation)
• Strong understanding of GTM processes and data flows (lead-to-opportunity, opportunity-to-renewal)
• Experience with BI and reporting tools (Looker, Tableau, Google Data Studio)
• Proven ability to translate business, user, and customer needs into technical solutions
• Familiarity with no-code automation tools (Zapier, Workato, n8n) and API integrations
• Experience leading teams and leading cross-functional initiatives
• Excellent communication and stakeholder alignment skills — comfortable bridging technical and commercial conversations
• Strong analytical mindset and attention to detail, balanced with pragmatism and speed
