AI Growth Marketing (Manager + Associate)

Role Overview

PressLogic is a data- and traffic-driven Ad-Tech group operating across 7 Asian markets. We are hiring two people for our AI Growth Marketing team: an AI Growth Marketing Manager and an AI Growth Marketing Associate. The Manager will own the story, present to clients, and drive online growth, while the Associate will work alongside the Manager and learn growth marketing properly.

What You Will Do

The Manager will be responsible for client-facing product storytelling, sales enablement, product narrative, go-to-market, AIGC content, growth, and feedback loop. The Associate will produce AI-generated content, support client pitches, run and report on campaigns, manage product social accounts, and try new AI tools.

Why It Might Be a Fit

We are looking for individuals who are already heavy users of AI tools, can tell a good story, and are comfortable pitching to marketing directors and brand owners. The Manager should have 4+ years of experience in growth, product, or digital marketing, while the Associate should have 0–2 years of experience and be a fresh graduate or have some experience in AI tools.

Requirements

• 4+ years in growth, product or digital marketing — ideally B2B SaaS, AI tools, Ad-Tech, agency or digital products
• Strong presenter: comfortable pitching to marketing directors and brand owners, running live demos and answering hard questions on the spot
• AI-first way of working: you already use AI daily to research, write, design and make video — and can show us how
• Hands-on with AI video and content tools (e.g. Sora, Veo, Runway, HeyGen, CapCut) and able to ship ready-to-run short videos yourself
• Hands-on with Meta / Google / TikTok ads and GA4; understands SaaS metrics (LTV, CAC, churn, MRR / ARR)
• Writes sharp scripts and copy in both English and Chinese; explains clearly why a product is worth attention, not just buys traffic
• Moves fast: ships, measures, iterates; works well across teams in Hong Kong and Shenzhen
• Fluent Cantonese and English; Mandarin a plus
