Senior Marketing Automation & Content Specialist

Role Overview

As a Senior Marketing Automation & Content Specialist, you will own PrestigePEO’s email marketing and automation program, creating content and communications that engage brokers, clients, and prospects. You will work in Salesforce Marketing Cloud Account Engagement (formerly Pardot) and Salesforce CRM, building and optimizing nurture programs, campaigns, and lead management processes.

Your main responsibilities will include designing lead nurturing programs, building and maintaining responsive email templates, managing email authentication, and protecting deliverability. You will also write, edit, and proofread marketing content, develop client and broker communications, and create high-quality content tailored to specific audience segments.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, English, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience
• 5+ years of professional experience in email marketing, marketing automation, or content marketing
• 3 years of hands-on experience administering Salesforce Marketing Cloud Account Engagement (Pardot) in a B2B environment
• Salesforce Certified Marketing Cloud Account Engagement Specialist required, or the ability to earn it within six months of hire
• Working knowledge of HTML and CSS for building and troubleshooting email templates and landing pages
• Excellent writing, editing, and proofreading skills
• Demonstrated ability to analyze campaign performance, connect marketing activity to pipeline, and translate data into actionable improvements
• Working knowledge of Salesforce configuration, including objects and fields, validation rules, flows, reports, and dashboards
