Role Overview
Our client is seeking a Manager, Finance Operations to oversee and optimize accounts payable operations and related financial processes. This role is ideal for a hands-on, analytical finance professional who excels at process improvement, financial systems optimization, and operational efficiency.
What You Will Do
Oversee day-to-day finance operations, including accounts payable and payment processes. Identify opportunities to improve workflows, enhance efficiency, and streamline financial processes.

5+ years of progressive experience in finance, accounting, or finance operations. A bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Commerce, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
Requirements
- 5+ years of progressive experience in finance, accounting, or finance operations
- A bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Commerce, or a related field, or equivalent experience
- Strong knowledge of accounts payable, financial processes, and internal controls
- Experience improving processes, optimizing workflows, and enhancing operational efficiency
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills
- Experience with financial systems and ERP platforms; process automation experience is an asset
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Proven ability to manage competing priorities and meet deadlines
- Experience leading, mentoring, or developing team members
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel
- Knowledge of continuous improvement methodologies is an asset
