Role Overview
The Senior Director of Revenue will lead the company’s revenue strategy, translating strategic priorities into scalable processes, reporting, systems, and operating rhythms to improve revenue performance across the organization. This role requires equal parts strategy, analytics, operational excellence, and cross-functional leadership.

The ideal candidate will enjoy building dashboards, improving processes, solving operational challenges, and using data to drive better business decisions. They will lead cross-functional initiatives to improve revenue generation and customer experience, and establish standardized reporting and measurement for marketing performance, partner performance, customer retention, and revenue growth.

Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Analytics, Information Systems, Marketing, Operations Management, or related field required
- 8 to 12+ years of progressive experience in Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, GTM Operations, Business Operations, analytics, or revenue strategy
- Minimum of 5 years leading cross-functional initiatives, operational teams, or Revenue Operations functions
- Experience supporting high-volume, inside sales, telesales, or contact center environments
- Demonstrated expertise with Salesforce CRM, reporting, forecasting, and dashboard development
- Experience developing executive-level KPI reporting, revenue forecasts, and operational performance metrics
- Salesforce Administrator, Salesforce Advanced Administrator, or Salesforce Business Analyst certification preferred
- Project Management Professional (PMP), Certified ScrumMaster (CSM), Lean Six Sigma Green Belt, or similar operational excellence certification preferred
- Advanced proficiency with Google Suite, Microsoft Excel, and business intelligence platforms and similar reporting tools
