Role Overview
The Data Analyst supports data-informed initiatives, gathering, analyzing, interpreting, and presenting data to the Hill Physicians team and its collaborating partners. Analysts work as members of teams committed to using industry-standard best practices and addressing new problems with innovative solutions.
What You Will Do
Define analysis requirements, conduct driver analysis, perform in-depth data analyses, and offer narrative interpretations and business recommendations. Collaborate with end users to assess reporting requirements and translate business needs into actionable insights.

- Bachelor’s degree in healthcare, business, informatics, statistics, public health, or related field with coursework in quantitative analysis
- Minimum 2 years of professional analytics-related experience
- Demonstrated ability to exercise good judgment, prioritize multiple projects, and problem-solve under tight deadlines and resource constraints
- Clear written and interpersonal communication skills and presentation skills
- Familiarity with basic healthcare data sets such as patient records, claims data, and demographic information
- Basic understanding of healthcare processes
- Knowledge of key healthcare metrics
- Ability to conduct more advanced data analysis
- Proficiency in Microsoft suite, including pivot tables and advanced formulas and functions
- Proficiency in querying languages such as SQL
- Experience with advanced data visualization tools such as Tableau or GIS software (ArcGIS) preferred
- Experience with advanced analytic programs/languages such as SAS or R preferred
Benefits
- Salary: $87,000 – $113,000 Annual
