We are looking for a Senior People Ops Specialist to join our People team, designing and delivering People Operations at Primer, building the systems, programmes, and rituals that help Primigos do their best work as we scale across multiple jurisdictions.
Requirements
- 5+ years of People Operations experience
- Meaningful exposure to scale-up or high-growth environments
- Ability to operate across multiple jurisdictions and understand the complexity of global payroll, benefits, and compliance
- Experience with HRIS, ATS, ticketing, performance, L&D tools and integrations
- Commercial thinking and ability to articulate business case for People investments
- Strong written communication skills and ability to model async communication
