Role Overview

Join PRISM+ as a Salesforce Developer to design, develop, and implement Salesforce solutions using Apex, Lightning Web Components, and other technologies. The role involves working on various projects, including ERP implementation, and collaborating with internal stakeholders and external partners.

What You Will Do

Develop Salesforce solutions, build integrations, and troubleshoot defects. Prepare technical documentation, research AI-enabled features, and assess business requirements.

Requirements

• 3+ years of hands-on Salesforce development experience
• Strong proficiency in Apex, Lightning Web Components, SOQL, and Salesforce Flows
• Experience working with Service Cloud and at least one of Salesforce OMS or Field Service
• Familiarity with REST/SOAP APIs, system integrations, and ETL/data pipeline concepts
• Experience with Salesforce development, testing, debugging, and deployment practices
• Comfortable interpreting and working from written technical and business specifications
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues
• Good documentation and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders
