The team works in sprints, executes fast, and learns to write copy that makes elite investors act. The role requires mapping the market, deciding who to target, and deploying AI to outperform a team of 20+ people.

Responsibilities include building the audience, owning marketing channels, writing copy, sprinting, testing, and implementing. The role requires building systems, not one-offs, and doing whatever it takes to win.

Requirements

• 1 to 3 years of experience
• Min. a bachelor or master degree with great results
• A UK work permit
