Role Overview

The Live Corporate Events, Account Manager is a client-facing sales and account support role within the CE business unit. The Account Manager supports the development, sale, coordination, and commercial management of live event and entertainment projects from initial opportunity through final billing.

What You Will Do

The Account Manager supports the Account Executive in managing the day-to-day needs of assigned accounts and projects, including developing Scopes of Work (SOWs), building orders, managing show budgets, coordinating change orders, maintaining CRM information, preparing proposals and estimates, and communicating directly with clients and internal teams.

Requirements

  • Foundational knowledge of live events, audio-visual production, entertainment technology, or related production services.
  • Strong interest in developing a career in production sales and account management.
  • Comfortable communicating directly with clients and developing professional business relationships.
  • Ability to understand client objectives and work with internal teams to translate those objectives into executable production solutions.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects, budgets, deadlines, and client needs simultaneously.
  • Working understanding of project budgets, estimates, costs, revenue, and margins, with an interest in developing stronger commercial and financial skills.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to assist in developing clear SOWs, proposals, change documentation, budgets, and other client-facing materials.
  • Working knowledge of CRM principles, including opportunity tracking, client activity, pipeline management, and follow-up.
  • Collaborative approach with the ability to work effectively across Sales, Project Management, technical, operations, and production teams.
  • Self-motivated and comfortable taking increasing ownership as experience develops.
  • Passion for staying informed about industry trends, emerging production technologies, and creative event solutions.
  • Willingness and ability to travel as required.
