Role Overview
As Director, FP&A, you will act as the strategic finance partner to the Agency Pillar, driving revenue growth, operational alignment, and financial performance across multiple agencies.
What You Will Do
You will own the full set of financial statements, including P&L, Balance Sheet, and Cash Flow, with accountability for forecasting, pipeline visibility, and headcount/resource planning.

Requirements
- 8+ years of experience in FP&A, strategic finance, investment banking, consulting, or corporate finance
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field required
- Prior management experience preferred, including at least 5 years in a Senior Manager or equivalent leadership role
- Advanced Excel skills, including financial modeling, scenario analysis, and forecasting
- Experience with FP&A platforms such as Anaplan, Jedox, or Adaptive Insights
