Role Overview

As GTM Enablement Program Manager, you’ll help build and shape Profound’s most high-impact programs and initiatives across our GTM functions. You’ll own the construction, execution, and iteration of enablement programs end-to-end, partnering with GTM leaders and cross-functional teams.

What You Will Do

You’ll own enablement programs end to end, from scoping and needs analysis through build, rollout, measurement, and iteration. You’ll build and deliver content and curriculum for new hires, tenured reps, and managers, and facilitate live trainings and workshops.

Requirements

  • 9+ years of combined experience in client-facing roles and revenue enablement
  • 4+ years in a direct client-facing role (Sales or Customer Success)
  • 5+ years on a Revenue Enablement Team
  • Built and run programs end to end in B2B SaaS
  • Measurable business results
  • Strong facilitator and communicator
  • Coached or enabled front-line managers
  • Rolled out enablement tools and driven real adoption

Benefits

  • Base salary range of $180,000 to $220,000
