Role Overview
We’re hiring a Marketing Engineer to build systems that power Profound’s demand generation engine by driving engagement, converting buyers, and scaling existing relationships.
What You Will Do
Build demand systems that identify and act, close the gaps in conversion, and systematize how leads get scored, routed, and handed to Sales.
Why It Might Be a Fit
You’ll work closely with Sales and RevOps to accelerate outbound motions, drive adoption and expansion, and run disciplined experiments to test channels and campaigns.
Requirements
- 5+ years in growth marketing, demand generation, or marketing engineering
- Experience using SQL and Python to build automations and workflows
- Hands-on experience shipping AI agents and LLM-powered tooling
- Comfortable working in ambiguity, collaborating heavily, and building the plane while flying it
- A clear communicator who can translate what you built into business impact for non-technical stakeholders
