Role Overview
As Chief Marketing Officer, you’ll lead a team of around 10 colleagues in transforming and professionalizing a data-driven marketing operating model. You’ll report to the Chief Revenue Officer and be measured by pipeline, conversion, and new ARR.
What You Will Do
Responsibilities include developing a data-driven marketing operating model, demand generation system, and tech-enabled nurture cycle. You’ll also sharpen ICP, segmentation, and messaging with sales, and lead the team through change.
Why It Might Be a Fit
The ideal candidate has several years of marketing leadership experience in B2B SaaS, software, or adjacent tech-enabled B2B. They should have proven ownership for demand generation, funnel, and pipeline, and experience in building or rebuilding a marketing function in a growth phase.
Requirements
- Several years of marketing leadership experience in B2B SaaS, software, or adjacent tech-enabled B2B
- Proven ownership for demand generation, funnel, and pipeline
- Experience in building or rebuilding a marketing function in a growth phase
- Strong numbers: attribution, CAC, and new ARR are your daily business
- Builder mentality, resilience, and tempo
- Team player with clear communication, also laterally on eye level with sales and SDR
- Negotiation-safe German and English
