Growth Marketing Consultant

Role Overview

We are looking for a Growth Marketing Consultant who can build and scale in dynamic environments, switch between different industries and business models, and knows how to build marketing systems that deliver real results. In this role, you will lead transformative marketing projects that challenge industry standards and deliver measurable impact for a variety of established companies and young firms.

What You Will Do

You will work across the entire marketing funnel, from strategy to implementation and tracking and reporting, as a generalist with an individual focus, for example in one of the following areas: Performance marketing (paid media: search or social) Customer retention and lifecycle management (CRM) MarTech and marketing operations Conversion rate optimization

Requirements

• Mid-level experience in growth marketing, ideally in an agency or consulting firm
• T-shaped marketing profile with a focus on Google Ads and paid social (Meta, TikTok, Snapchat, Reddit); LinkedIn is an advantage
• Data affinity: comfortable with numbers, understanding of tracking and attribution concepts, recognizing patterns, and turning them into concrete actions
• Familiarity with KI tools and marketing automation, with a curiosity about what’s next
• Anxious to adapt and learn: you move easily between companies of different sizes, industries, and marketing maturity
• Strong communication and presentation skills
• You question existing rules and strive for continuous improvement
• Willingness to travel within Europe and the UK for on-site work with customers
