Demand Generation Marketing Manager, SMB

Role Overview

Prokeep is transforming from a communication platform to an Order Engine, and the Demand Generation Manager for SMB will own new-logo pipeline generation for the SMB segment. This is a hands-on role that requires experience in B2B SaaS demand generation or growth marketing.

What You Will Do

The Demand Generation Manager for SMB will build and run campaigns and plays across email, outbound SDR, and some events, and work closely with Content Marketing, Sales, SDRs, and RevOps to do it. Success in this role means campaigns across email and SDR outbound are running consistently and driving SMB new-logo pipeline.

The ideal candidate will have 3 to 5 years of B2B SaaS marketing experience, a track record of running campaigns that generate new-logo pipeline, and hands-on experience building campaigns and plays in HubSpot.

Requirements

• 3 to 5 years of B2B SaaS marketing experience, focused on demand generation or growth marketing
• A track record of running campaigns that generate new-logo pipeline
• Hands-on experience building campaigns and plays in HubSpot
• Experience running high-volume outbound or signal-based orchestration plays (for example, Unify or RollWorks)
• Experience using AI to build target lists or to generate campaigns or projects
• Strong analytical skills: comfortable in dashboards, testing ideas, and presenting data-driven decisions
• Strong writing skills, with the ability to take campaign copy to at least 80% ready
• Strong project management: organized, detail-oriented, and reliable on follow-through
• Experience partnering closely with Sales, and you enjoy it
• Unify experience is a plus
• Experience in wholesale distribution or construction is a plus
