Financial Analyst

Role Overview

Prometheus Real Estate Group is seeking a detail-oriented and analytically-minded Financial Analyst to join our Finance team. In this role, you’ll analyze financing and investing needs, manage asset management and treasury functions, and perform strategic long-term cash flow analysis that directly impacts our business decisions.

What You Will Do

You’ll work closely with the Vice President of Finance to support the financial health and growth of Prometheus Real Estate Group and related entities. Financial Analysis & Strategy – Analyze long-term cash flow needs to inform financing and investing decisions; manage personal banking and investments for company ownership; track key interest rates and market indexes; prepare annual financial statements on current value basis for our portfolio.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business Administration, Entrepreneurial Management, or Real Estate Management preferred
• 1-3 years of relevant finance experience
• Experience in multi-family, single-family, or commercial real estate development
