Role Overview
The Growth Controller at Propeller builds systems that turn financial data into strategic foresight, leading engagement teams to deliver month-end closes with excellence and transforming traditional controller work into a proactive, AI-enabled function.
What You Will Do
You’ll juggle 2-5 clients with different fiscal calendars, reporting requirements, board schedules, and growth stages, and implement direct feedback from senior controllers, CFO partners, and clients to improve your work.
