Senior Manager – Digital Experience & Growth

Role Overview

The Senior Manager, Digital Experience & Growth owns the performance and continuous improvement of Protecht’s global website and digital experience, ensuring we effectively attract, engage and convert target buyers. This role combines technical digital expertise with strong commercial judgment to ensure Protecht’s digital experience contributes meaningfully to qualified demand, pipeline and growth.

What You Will Do

The Senior Manager will own the website roadmap, day-to-day management and continuous improvement, translate company and Marketing objectives into website priorities, experiences and conversion paths, and develop and optimize buyer journeys across key audiences, solutions, campaigns and stages of the buying process.

The ideal candidate will have 6+ years of experience across digital, website management or growth marketing, ideally in B2B SaaS or enterprise technology, and demonstrated experience owning a B2B website end-to-end, including roadmap, optimization, conversion performance and hands-on execution.

Requirements

• 6+ years of experience across digital, website management or growth marketing, ideally in B2B SaaS or enterprise technology
• Demonstrated experience owning a B2B website end-to-end, including roadmap, optimization, conversion performance and hands-on execution
• Strong hands-on experience with HubSpot CMS/Content Hub, including building and managing pages, landing pages, forms, templates and website content
• Working knowledge of HTML/CSS and sufficient technical fluency to troubleshoot and execute routine website changes independently
• Strong experience with CRO, buyer journeys, web analytics and experimentation, with working knowledge of SEO/GEO, paid digital and how these connect to measurable conversion and pipeline
