Seeking an energetic Associate/Middle Business Development Manager to drive market expansion, develop pipeline, and generate new opportunities in North America, with a focus on mid-market and enterprise prospects. The role requires experience selling services/solutions and working in an active, travel-friendly environment.

Requirements

  • Source and qualify new business opportunities in North America.
  • Build and manage a client pipeline across multiple verticals.
  • Proactively reach out to prospects via outbound (email, calls, social).
  • Coordinate discovery & qualification conversations.
  • Partner with Sales leadership to close deals.
  • Attend industry events, conferences, and client meetings (travel expected 30% of the time).
