Inside Sales Specialist

Role Overview

The Inside Sales Specialist will support various areas of the business by responding to customer inquiries, processing requests for quotes, and managing orders from inception to completion. The role will also involve working with functional areas to ensure customer satisfaction and providing back-up assistance and coverage for other teams as needed.

What You Will Do

The main responsibilities of the role include supporting the sale of products by partnering with Outside Sales and/or Sales Agents, managing customer requests daily, and processing orders from customers. The role also involves providing pricing and product availability in a timely fashion, processing customer returns and claims, and interfacing with various departments within the company.

Requirements

• Associate or Bachelor’s degree preferred
• At least 2 years or more relevant work experience
• Experience in sales, customer service, and/or account management
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office systems
• Analytical, documentation, and problem-solving skills
• Above average technical aptitude to understand product functionality, specifications, and applications
• Excellent written and verbal skills
• Desire and ability to excel in a rapidly changing, fast-paced environment
• Motivated both individually and on a team level
• Organizational, time management, multi-tasking, and follow-up skills
• Driven to provide accuracy and excellence daily
