Role Overview
As an Inside Sales Representative in the Product Development Group, you will serve as a trusted partner to both new and existing customers by responding to inquiries, preparing quotes, processing and managing orders, and ensuring a seamless customer experience.

You will manage inquiries, quotes, orders, returns, and claims while delivering exceptional service and timely solutions. You will review customer requirements, provide accurate pricing and product availability, and ensure orders are processed and acknowledged promptly.

Requirements
- Associate or bachelor’s degree in sales, customer service, or business
- 1-3 years’ previous experience in sales, customer service or account management
- Experience utilizing an ERP or SAP system
