Role Overview

We are looking for a Director Business Development who will expand our existing client base in Japan. This role leads the sales strategy, manages the end-to-end sales process, and works closely with Operations to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and account success.

What You Will Do

The Director Business Development will actively prospect and leverage potential new business opportunities, cultivate strong relationships with key decision-makers, and develop detailed business plans and sales strategies for each customer/account.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Health Science or equivalent professional qualifications
  • Minimum 5-8 years of business development experience
  • Advanced proficiency with Salesforce
  • Full professional proficiency in English and Japanese
  • Willingness and ability to travel as required for business development activities
