Role Overview
The selected candidate will be a data analyst to support the Institutional Review Board (IRB) to transform existing data into a meaningful analytics and interactive Power Bi or equivalent dashboard to improve reporting capabilities, monitor workflow and provide actionable insights that support operational efficiency.
What You Will Do
Design and develop an interactive/user friendly Power Bi or equivalent dashboard utilizing existing databases; establish automated reporting processes. Analyze existing data to identify trends in research submissions, performance metrics and opportunities for process improvement.

Requirements
- High proficiency in Microsoft Power Bi, including Power Query, as well as other data visualization tools.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
- Previous experience working in fields is preferred.
