Role Overview
The Financial Analyst will conduct fiscal reviews and complete the annual fiscal closeout of delegate agency contracts. The analyst will support accurate reconciliation, timely closeout determinations, and clear communication with internal program staff and external providers.
What You Will Do
Perform fiscal review and annual closeout of delegate agency contracts, including analysis of claims, budgets, and supporting documentation. Review provider expenditures for allowability, allocability, and compliance with contract requirements and City/DOHMH fiscal policies.

Requirements
- A baccalaureate degree from an accredited college, including or supplemented by 24 semester credits in accounting, including one course each in advanced accounting and auditing.
- 3 Years’ previous experience working in fields related to the fiscal review and annual fiscal closeout of delegate agency contracts.
- Capacity and willingness to learn and follow closeout workflows, documentation standards, and contract fiscal review requirements using PASSPort/PAYRS/Contrak Systems.
