Senior Manager / Manager, Finance Transformation & Operations

Role Overview

You will be part of the Finance and Procurement department, supporting the accounting, finance, and procurement functions of the organisation. This role combines finance transformation, finance administration, and finance operations.

What You Will Do

You will work closely with finance teams, business stakeholders, system managers, and IT partners to strengthen financial management, improve end-to-end processes, enhance data quality, and support the effective stewardship of public resources.

Requirements

• Relevant background in Accountancy, Finance, Business, Information Systems or a related discipline.
• Professional qualifications such as ACCA, CA Singapore, CPA Australia or equivalent would be advantageous.
• Experience with Workday is an added advantage.
• Relevant experience in finance operations, finance transformation, ERP implementation, business process improvement, financial reporting, audit, accounting or related disciplines.
• Experience with Workday, Microsoft 365 ecosystem, Power BI, Power Automate, Power Query, AI-enabled solutions or similar digital platforms will be an advantage.
