Senior GTM Engineer

Role Overview

We’re looking for a Senior GTM Engineer to build AI-powered tools, automations, and integrations that help PubNub’s go-to-market teams operate more effectively. This is a hands-on engineering role combining software development, AI agents, automation, and business systems integration.

What You Will Do

Design, build, deploy, and maintain AI-powered tools, agents, and workflow automations for go-to-market functions. Develop internal applications and integrations that improve prospecting, account research, lead enrichment, campaign execution, and customer intelligence.

Requirements

• Strong professional software engineering experience, ideally involving full-stack development, internal tools, automation, or growth engineering.
• Hands-on experience with JavaScript or TypeScript and modern web frameworks such as React or Next.js.
• Strong experience working with APIs, system integrations, and data-driven applications.
• Practical experience building AI-powered applications, agents, or automations using LLM APIs.
• Experience taking applications from prototype to production, including testing, deployment, maintenance, and troubleshooting.
• Ability to understand business problems and independently translate requirements into working technical solutions.
• Strong ownership, problem-solving, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
• Strong English communication skills and the ability to work with technical and nontechnical stakeholders.
