Principal Financial Analyst (Corporate FP&A)

Role Overview

The Principal Financial Analyst will support the organization’s short and mid-term financial forecasting by performing qualitative and quantitative analyses to drive decision-making, support corporate initiatives, and resolve complex issues in creative and effective ways.

What You Will Do

The successful candidate will lead the development of interdepartmental consensus on analytical assumptions and approaches leveraged for financial planning purposes, and will be responsible for financial modeling, variance analysis, and senior leadership reporting.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Finance, Accounting or related field and/or equivalent experience with progressively increasing level of responsibility
• 5+ years in finance roles with progressively increasing levels of responsibility
• Excellent communication, writing and presentation skills with the ability to interface effectively with all levels of management
• Ability to work effectively without direct supervision in a fast paced, stressful, and multitasking environment
