Role Overview

As Teamhead FP&A, you will lead the FP&A team and be responsible for delivering accurate financial planning, forecasting, reporting, and business insights that support strategic decision-making across the organization.

What You Will Do

Key responsibilities include leading the annual budget, forecast updates, and strategic planning processes across the business, delivering timely and accurate management reporting, and supporting investment decisions through business case analysis and financial modelling.

The ideal candidate will have tertiary qualifications in Finance, Accounting, Commerce, or a related discipline, and proven experience in FP&A, Commercial Finance, or Business Partnering roles.

Requirements

  • Tertiary qualifications in Finance, Accounting, Commerce, or a related discipline
  • CPA, CA, or equivalent professional qualification preferred
  • Proven experience in FP&A, Commercial Finance, or Business Partnering roles
  • Previous people leadership experience, with the ability to build and develop high-performing teams
  • Strong financial modelling, analytical, and problem-solving skills
  • Experience managing budgeting, forecasting, and management reporting processes
  • Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills, with the ability to influence senior leaders
  • Advanced Excel and financial systems knowledge; experience with SAP, BI tools, or planning systems is advantageous
  • Retail, consumer goods, wholesale, or FMCG industry experience will be highly regarded
