Senior FP&A Analyst

Role Overview

The Senior FP&A Analyst will take ownership of the full planning and forecasting cycle, translate complex financial data into actionable insights, and serve as a trusted resource for leaders across the business.

What You Will Do

The role involves leading the annual budgeting process, developing and maintaining monthly and quarterly sales forecasts, managing cash flow forecasting and analysis, and analyzing financial statements and operational metrics.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED required
• 3–5+ years of direct experience in FP&A, financial analysis, accounting, or related role
• Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Excel
• Hands-on experience with Sage Intacct or similar enterprise accounting systems
• Demonstrated ability to build financial models, forecasts, and variance analyses
• Strong understanding of general accounting principles and financial statement analysis
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
• Exceptional communication skills
