Inside Sales Representative

Role Overview

The Inside Sales Associate is responsible for increasing sales and customer satisfaction by efficiently and professionally assisting customers, supporting outside sales efforts, processing orders and quotations, and providing product information.

What You Will Do

Assist with counter sales and customer service activities, process internal and external customer inquiries, support outside sales personnel, and maintain customer orders and quotes.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred
• Previous inside sales, customer service, industrial distribution, warehouse, or related experience preferred
• Legally authorized to work in the United States
• Ability to successfully pass a background check
