What You Will Do
Lead onboarding compliance and recruitment operations, improve the joiner experience, drive process improvement, and represent People Operations as a subject matter expert in projects.

Requirements
- A Bachelor’s degree
- At least 6 years of experience
- Oral and written proficiency in English required
- Knowledge of People Operations and employee lifecycle management
- Understanding of onboarding operations and the post-offer-to-day-one experience
- Leadership capability, including coaching and supporting teams
- Strong stakeholder management and relationship-building skills
- Ability to communicate with leaders and articulate operational perspectives in project settings
- Process improvement and automation mindset
- Project management capability, including tracking deadlines and managing multiple initiatives
- Familiarity with metrics, SLAs, KPIs, and data-informed operational decision-making
- AI-enabled process improvement and firmwide transformation initiatives
