Work on strategic transformation projects for major players in the Financial Services and Capital Markets sector, contributing to process efficiency and re-engineering of internal business structures.
What You Will Do
Support Top Management in analyzing processes, identifying areas for improvement, and defining innovative solutions to optimize operational management and promote business growth.

Requirements
- 3-5 years of experience gained in consulting companies
- experience in business transformation projects with clients in the Financial Services sector
- Project Management skills and knowledge of management methodologies (PMP and Prince 2 certifications are a plus)
- autonomy in conducting activities and managing project workstreams
- experience in coordinating junior resources
- excellent communication and relational skills
- orientation to problem-solving
- process analysis skills
- collection of business requirements
- identification of improvement solutions
- good written and oral English skills
- excellent knowledge of the main tools used in consulting (Excel, PPT, etc.)
