Role Overview

The role involves leading the delivery of Salesforce solutions, translating business requirements into robust implementations, and mentoring a development team. The successful candidate will combine strong technical expertise with people and delivery management skills to translate business requirements into robust, scalable implementations.

What You Will Do

Lead the delivery of Salesforce solutions in alignment with the agreed technical architecture; translate business and functional requirements into detailed solution designs. Collaborate with the Technical Architect and Functional Lead to ensure designs follow Salesforce and industry best practices.

Requirements

• Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering or a related discipline
• Minimum 5 years’ hands-on Salesforce development experience, preferably within a consulting environment
• Proven experience designing, building and deploying Salesforce applications, including Apex, Lightning Web Components, declarative configuration, integrations (APIs), data migration and security considerations
• Strong understanding of Salesforce architecture, best practices for customization, and deployment processes (CI/CD, source control, managed/unmanaged packages)
• Experience developing customer-facing interfaces and translating business requirements into technical solutions that meet CRM needs
• Demonstrated ability to lead and mentor technical teams, manage competing priorities, and resolve complex software and application issues
• Salesforce certifications (Platform Developer I/II, Administrator, or Architect-related) or equivalent industry certifications
